Call 1-800-273-8255 to contact National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. The Lifeline is a free, confidential crisis hotline that is available to everyone 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Personality test data are collected for research purposes only. We will keep your responses to all surveys listed on this website on a REDcap server, which is secure and has a GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) data processing agreement. We will use your responses in an aggregate form for research purposes only. Identifiable information will be not used for any purposes other than deleting your responses as requested, and you can contact us anytime to delete your responses. By submitting a survey, you acknowledge that your answers will be recorded. For longitudinal surveys, your answers will never be connected with your name or identity in any published reports.
