We will use your responses in an aggregate form for research purposes only. Identifiable information will be not used for any purposes other than deleting your responses as requested, and you can contact us anytime to delete your responses. By submitting a survey, you acknowledge that your answers will be recorded. For longitudinal surveys, your answers will never be connected with your name or identity in any published reports.
