This website provides evidence-based, free questionnaires with feedback. All personality feedback is based on data and experts' opinions. Your answers help us to improve the research and practice of our field. We hope you enjoy your experience and learn something about yourself. Our research examines the replicable patterns of continuity and change in personality traits across adulthood, the life experiences associated with changes in personality traits over time, and the significance of these changes for individual functioning. We also conduct research on psychometric issues, particularly on how to measure traits of conscientiousness, narcissism, and socio-emotional skills. Our Team
what-is-my-personality.com is maintained and managed by Dr. Brent W. Roberts, Full Professor of Psychology at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and his current graduate research assistants Heejun Yoon, Rodrigo Rodrigues Fabretti, and Cavan V. Bonner.
